Our Oak Smoked Mackerel Fillets are given an extra flavour profile with the addition of Black Pepper.
Packaged in a cardboard sleeve which contains two, vacuum packed fillets (approx. 95g each).
We use quality, North Sea mackerel fillets, caught in an area that has been independently certified to the MSC’s standard for a well managed and sustainable fishery.
Ian uses his tried and tested brine recipe and smoking skills to produce deliciously moist, ready to eat, hot smoked mackerel, which the Great Taste judges considered, “superior to most examples of its type.”
