Standard Delivery – Goods ordered will be posted via Royal Mail First Class service on Monday’s or Tuesday’s of each week only – please take this into account when placing any orders required for a specific day/date.
Next Day Delivery – Want your goods ASAP? For delivery Tuesday to Friday – select Next Day Delivery options at checkout (additional charge applies).

Packaging / Storage
Sending chilled goods from our island location comes with its challenges, however, we make every effort to protect our products from damage or temperature increase.
To ensure products arrive with you intact and in chilled condition, we use insulated boxes, wrap tubs to protect against leakage, fill voids with bubble wrap and insert re-useable gel chill packs to keep all items cool for the duration of the journey.
Please ensure all goods are refrigerated as soon as possible after receipt.
Whilst we will make every effort to dispatch goods on receipt of order, if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason – or if there are any delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Damaged / Delayed Goods
We want all items to be received in good order and in chilled condition, which is why we take great care to package and protect the products for their onward journey – and use only Royal Mail First Class or Next Day options to ensure goods are delivered within 72 hours.
If your goods are damaged or delayed, please email: email@example.com within 3 days of anticipated delivery / receipt of your order, quoting your order number, so that we can investigate, replace or refund as appropriate.
